Social Media for HR – Policy, Recruiting, Legal
Last Wednesday, the Southern Tier Association of Human Resources (STAHR) hosted a three part discussion on social media in Binghamton, NY. Topics discussed included:
- Social media policy considerations for human resources,
- Social media for recruiting, and
- Legal issues relating to social media issues.
I was fortunate to present “Social Media for Recruiting” along side Crystal Smith of Strategic Communications, LLC and Colin Leonard, Esq. of Bond, Schoeneck & King, PLLC.

Brian Bluff
Brian Bluff is the President and Co-Founder of Site-Seeker, Inc., a Central New York based Internet Marketing Firm that has been recognized as being one of New York’s fastest growing small businesses. Today, Brian shares the secrets of Internet marketing on the national stage, traveling throughout the U.S. and Canada to speak at trade shows, seminars, and association meetings. Brian is also a speaker in Site-Seeker Inc.'s webinar series including Jolt & Bolt and Lunch & Learn.
